Rainy Sunday

Yesterday was a rainy icky day. Mikhail spent the morning eating an apple while Mommy and Daddy cleaned. Then Mommy and Mikhail made cup cakes....

Apple Picking

Today was our annual apple picking trip. Mikhail was all dressed up for the event in his Cardhart overalls and froggy boots. He seemed mostly intent on just picking up the apples off the ground...smart boy, less work!!

Then Daddy gave him a hand getting up high to get some off the tree...

Then we found some at Mikhail's height....

We had a very fun day. We ended up not getting a pumpkin because we figured it was a bit early in the season, we'll go back again and pick something out closer to Halloween. The day ended with the family sharing some very yummy apple cider donuts, a great ending to a wonderful day.

after today's nap, Mommy and Mikhail ran some errands, went to the library to pick up his prize bag for reaching his summer reading goal..then it was off to Mack's Apples for ice cream and a visit with the ducks. Mikhail tried his hand at feeding the ducks. The ducks were very appreciative.

Labor Day Weekend

This weekend I went to Maine with Nana, Grampy, Mommy, Daddy and Uncle Eric. I had alot of fun at the beach chasing my fishes. Then we went to the park and I rediscovered my love of swings.

And of course Mommy did some shopping. Here are the outfits I got. Check out the cool Patriots hat!!!

Mommy also got lots of stuff for Penny. Here are some fun summer outfits for NEXT year.

And some toasty warm outfits. A sleep sack with hearts and a new purple friend.

This is the outfit that Mommy says Penny is going to wear home from the hospital, unless she changes her mind between now and then!!
