After we got power back on Sunday, we went looking for a christmas tree...and found the perfect one!! Then it was on to the decorating...

Potty Time

After decorating the tree, Mikhail ran into his room, gabbed his potty and announced he he needed to poop. So we sat, read a book and waited. Nothing happened, but I was very proud of my boy for trying.

we woke up to snow today, not alot, but enough to introduce Mikhail to the joys of playing in it... That's my boy, a fashion icon....time to go to Target for boots!

Christmas Pictures pt. 2

Momma has discovered it is very hard to get an 19mth old and a dog to sit still to pose for a picture. But we did get some cute pictures, and ONE of these will be gracing our christmas cards!

Penny Updates

Ok, so I"ve been a bad Momma and haven't done a whole lot of updates regarding Penny's progress. I"m sure she'll be thrille to tell her therapist some day how I neglected her development. Anywho, here's where we stand as we approach the final countdown (cue bad 80s music)

We are offically scheduled for Dec 30 at 1:00 (unless she decides to make an unscheduled appearance)
She is doing very well, measuring on the "small side of normal", but healthy and moving up a storm.

we have the rooms all flipped and are just waiting for the twin bed for Mikhail to show up and then we will be offically ready.

So there it is, we are at 29 days and counting....wooohooo!!!
