2 month check up

Today I had my two month check up. The doctor says that I"m very healthy. I weighed in at 14lbs 10z and 25inches. I also had three shots and I didn't like that very much. I turned a very interesting shade of red, screamed for a few minuets, then I was good. Mommy gave me some baby Tylenol I slept it off. I"m feeling much better now. I promise pictures tomorrow!!

Tummy Time

Hey folks, today we went to Auntie Amy's and let me tell you about my day....

Mommy made me have some tummy time!! That's where she puts me on my stomach and makes me work on lifting my head. And let me tell you I don't like it one bit!!

What do you mean I have to do it...don't tell me that.

At least I get to hang out with Mommy after, that makes it all worth it.

Happy Memorial Day

This was my first weekend in Maine. This is me in my "Maine Jammies" Here are all the men folk relaxing in the sunshine.

My first camp fire. Mommy kept saying something about "S'Mores", I'm not sure what they are but they got Mommy got very excited by them.

Between all the fresh air and the shopping, I was wiped out!! I can't wait to go back..

Play Date

Last Thursday I had another play date with friends Nick and Ruby. Here Nick and I are enjoying some tummy time.

Going for a walk

Today Mommy and I went for a walk since it was so nice out. I have my very cute hat that Nana(FKNAB) and Grampy got me in VirginaI'm trying to look at the sun and clouds but this cover is in my way.

What is that up there.....

We had a very good walk. Mommy is still trying to get the puppy to walk nicely with us, it's getting better. I hope we can go again tomorrow.

Wedding Pictures

This weekend we went to Shawn and Laurie's wedding. I'm not sure what a wedding is, but I got all dressed up for it. Mommy says I look very GQ, what does that mean?? Daddy and I are very handsome dudes!!

Mommy looked very pretty and said I was her best date ever.

Aren't we just the best looking family!!!I was a very good boy and slept through pretty much everything and only got up twice to eat. All in all, it was a fun weekend, but I"m glad to be home in my jammies sleeping in my swing!

Mikhail had his 6weeks check up today. He is very healthy.

Weight : 13lbs + (Mommy and Daddy forget what it is exactly because Mikhail decided to pee on everyone right after the weigh in!)

Height : 24inches

Head: 40

Percentile : 95th

He had to go back in two weeks for his shots, but other than that all is well in our little corner of the world!

Happy Mother's Day

Today was our first Mother's Day. Daddy and I worked hard to make it very special for Mommy. I had to leave most of it up to Daddy because, well, I'm only 5 weeks old!. Mommy cried when she saw how Daddy had arranged her presents, I slept through it. But I got lots of hugs and kisses when I woke up. Mommy really loved her huge balloon...I hope the kitties don't eat it.

Mommy loved that her card from her little Bear had a little bear on it. Someday I"ll be able to sign my own name, but for now, I left that up to Daddy!.

We got Mommy an MP3 player. I"m not sure what it is, but Mommy says it's to listen to music so we can take the puppy and go for nice long walks. Sounds like a plan to me.

I tried to get a picture taken with Mommy, but she doesn't like the camera. I"ll have to work on that one.

Visiting Nanna and Grampy

We went to visit Nana (formally Babcia) and Grampy on Saturday. I hung out with Daddy while Mommy went to get her hair colored (she's a bit camera shy so no pictures!!). I had a great time hanging out in my new bouncy seat, thanks to Ray and Jeannie for giving it to Nana and Grampy. Then I had some quality cuddle time with Grampy....

Visiting Auntie Amy

Mommy and I went to visit Auntie Amy and Cousin Ruby yesterday. We had lots of fun playing, I took a little (very little) nap.

Because I gave my Mommy 7hours or uninterrupted sleep last night. And she says that makes me the best baby in the world. I wonder if I should do it again??

Tough Day

I'm worn out..I had a very long day. I spent the morning playing with Mommy, then I had to go to the Doctors. It's nothing serious, just some icky eye goop. My Dr. thinks it's just blocked tear ducts (very common in new babies), but she took a culture just to be on the safe side and gave Mommy some ointment for me. While I was at the Dr. I got weighed and stuff and here are my stats :
11lbs 10oz
23.5"
40" head circumference.

I"m in the 90th percentile....

After the trip to the Dr. I went shopping with Mommy and Miss Kerri. Mommy is trying to find a dress to wear to a wedding. She didn't have any luck today, but she'll try again later.

I"m off to finish my nap....

But last night I was going to put the boy on Ebay or sell him to the Gypsies. We had a very tough night. Lots of crying. I was even online looking up what could be wrong with him because he gets all tense and manic when he's over tired and in my over tired brain I figured it had to be something more than just tired baby. In the light of the morning, after a few precious hours of sleep, I've decided I may have over reacted just a bit and I put my PDR away. He really is the cutest baby in the world....but he'd be cuter if he's sleep through the night!!
